DESCRIPTION
Bok Choy, is the most popular type of Chinese cabbage, and for good reason! Its leaves and stalks' texture is crisp and juicy with a mild, slightly peppery flavor. Best served sauteed in a stir-fry, simmered in a soup or grilled on its own.
Once the first leaves appear, pick out the largest plant, remove the others by hand, or cut them at the base with small scissors. (thinning) See grow guide.
The Bok Choy will grow to full size after approximately 35 days.
Cut off the individual leaves from the main stem starting from the bottom.
