Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges are based on the total order weight, and will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Orders usually arrive in 3 to 5 business days. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at service@thevegehome.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Returns and exchanges

If you’re looking to return your purchase, we’re to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. We do not offer a refund on shipping fees. 

Product must be properly disassembled, sent in original packaging and in the same condition it was received in to qualify for a return. Please review our Oasis & Jardin disassembly guide for further instructions. 

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@thevegehome.com
