Warranty

Vegehome warranty applies to manufacturer defects affecting its products which existed at the time of the purchase of the product, that are non-apparent, and are unknown to the buyer, for a period of 1 year. This warranty applies to the product only and does not cover the installation of the product. The warranty does not apply to material, economic, and/or physical damages or losses caused by the product. This warranty will not apply to any damages and/or losses caused by incorrect use, installation or maintenance of the product. The manufacturer is therefore not liable for damages to the product or material, economic and/or physical damages or losses caused by incorrect use, installation or maintenance of the product.

If you’re looking to return your purchase, we’re here to help! We offer free returns on our gardens (machines) within 30 days of purchase. We do not offer a refund on shipping fees. Pods and nutrients are non-returnable items for safety and health concerns.
 
Product must be properly disassembled, sent in original packaging and in the same condition it was received in to qualify for a return.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.

To return your product, first, ask for an authorization # through service@thevegehome.com. You will then be provided a shipping return label to allow you to ship your product to :

Once we have received and inspected your return to insure it meets our return criterias, we will proceed with a refund minus a 10% restocking fee.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you consider that the product is affected by a defect, before returning the product, please contact customer service by email at service@thevegehome.com

Please include in your email, a description of the alleged problem, a proof of purchase as well as the picture clearly illustrating the alleged defect should be attached to the email.  If the warranty applies, Vegehome will repair or replace the product free of charge, shipping cost may applied.

Please note that orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and can’t predict what they may be. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. We do not offer a refund on shipping fees. 

Note: Cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. We may provide certain order, shipment, and product information, such as titles, to our international carriers. Such information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities in order to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws.
