PLANT CARE
Cut the lettuce head close to the base. Since the lettuce doesn’t form compact heads leaves can also easily be harvested individually.
The lettuce will regrow from the base up to three times, but the leaves will be smaller after each harvest.
Make sure to harvest the lettuce before it starts developing flowers or it will grow bitter in taste.
