Once the first leaves appear, pick out the largest plant, remove the others by hand, or cut them at the base with small scissors.
The Han Jiang Cabbage will grow to full size after approximately 35 days. Harvest full size or just leaves after 35 days.
Cut off the individual leaves from the main stem starting from the bottom. (side harvest to control expansion)
